Janet, Teresa and Russell and can't leave out Vernon, are always so nice and genuinely happy to see you walking in the door. Not many businesses left that will ask about your family or send you a sympathy card when someone in your family passes away. You will never get that kind of respect and appreciation from one of the big chain stores? I like to do business with people who are genuinely proud you chose them. They make sure you know that you had a choice and each one of them are very happy you chose them. "
